Flyfisherous.com is a website/blog all about fly fishing and outdoor living. News, notes, reviews and commentary is what you’ll find here and it all centers around fly fishing, fly tying and enjoying the great outdoors of North America.
This site was originally crafted in 2010 as a way to share my fly fishing experiences with others. In late 2012 the site was unfortunately hacked and has been rebuilt to it’s current state that you’re reading now. We lost hundreds of great posts, reviews and info, but we gained a ton of great friendships along the way.
I’m Cory Perry, a husband, father, web developer and fly fishing geek living in Greenville, SC. I’m down with slinging flies when I get the chance and spending every minute I can enjoying the vast outdoors with my family and friends. I hold things down in South Carolina with my wife, Ivey, and our daughter, Ansley.
When I’m not building web apps or websites, I can usually be found wading around in some of the most beautiful streams and rivers that South Carolina has to offer. If I’m not fishing, you’ll probably find me out exploring a new trail or setting up camp somewhere well off the beaten path.
