News: Where has the time gone?

News and Notes from

Project updates and other tidbits.

It’s hard to believe that Labor Day is just a few days away. I’ll be getting some stream time in on Monday, and I’ll probably be spending a portion of it trying to figure out where the Summer went. I haven’t fished in several weeks so I’m really looking forward to getting out and slinging some flies.

As Fall approaches, I’ve quickly realized that there is simply not enough time to do it all. I feel like I’ve made tons of progress on my upcoming projects but they are just not where they need to be yet. The podcast is also coming along nicely, but it’s just not to a point that I am ready to start releasing episodes.

On the blog front, I’ve got a ton of new content coming soon that I’m stoked about. Those posts will start rolling out next week and will feature some cool companies doing some really cool things.

Also, if you’re into Instagram or Facebook, I’d really appreciate a follow. I’m trying to build both of those up and get into some better engagement with the fly fishing community. I’ve been really digging the Instagram fly fishing community lately and I imagine Fall is going to bring some stellar stuff worth checking out.

Finally, if you have a fly fishing blog that I’m not already following, drop me a comment below and post up a link. I’m always looking for more stuff to check out and I’ll add you to the Resources page as well.

As always, thanks for stopping by, and stay tuned for some cool new stuff!
